Brittny K. Harris

Brittny has experience in Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, Estate Planning, VA Benefits, Social Security Disability, Probate Litigation, Trust Administration, and Wealth Preservation. She is skilled at protecting multi-million dollar estates and specializes in complex estate plans and probate litigation. She also has a background in civil litigation, and labor and employment law.

Mrs. Harris received her J.D. in 2011 from Regent University School of Law, where she received the Academic Merit Scholarship for her achievements. While in law school, Mrs. Harris served as an Executive Board Member of the Trial Advocacy Board, the Senior Editor for the Regent Journal of International Law , and clerked for the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General’s office.
