wrongful termination and demotion; (b) claims for discrimination,
harassment, and retaliation (under the California Fair Employment and
Housing Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans With
Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the California
Labor Code, and other applicable state and federal statutes); (c) claims
